All the team were extremely friendly and helpful. Having had an awful experience with another brand it seems Marta really wanted to make a good impression and she did exactly that. Nothing was too much trouble, happily let me test ride the 900 and 1200 scrambler. Communication throughout the process was really good, Marta was able to answer all my questions regarding the bike and it’s functions, also the nice touch of pulling the curtain off the bike to reveal it upon collection made a bit of pageantry out of the occasion!
